The instant revision is taken up for hearing on the point of admission.

It is submitted by Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioner that in connection with G. R. Case No. 59 of 2019 charge sheet has already been submitted. However, the petitioner has not been served with the copies of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Without those copies it is not

possible for him to make any prayer on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, on the basis of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner which he, of course, does not submit on the merit of the instant revision, the instant revision is disposed of directing the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah to supply the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure enabling the petitioner to take out an application for discharge in the Court below within three weeks from the date of communication of this order positively.
