Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that an application for mutual transfer was made on portal by the petitioners and same was received by the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission through portal but till date no decision has been taken by the Commission. Petitioners pray for direction upon the concerned authority of the Commission for taking a decision on mutual

transfer application of the petitioners at an early date.

State respondents and the Commission are represented by learned advocates who have jointly submitted that since application for mutual transfer was made on portal within time and same was received by the Commission direction may be passed upon the concerned authority of the Commission to decide fate of mutual transfer application of the petitioners. In view of submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no. 4 to take decision on mutual transfer application of the petitioners by eight weeks from date of communication of this order in accordance with law and the decision to be taken by respondent no.

shall be communicated to both the petitioners by two weeks thereafter.

However, mutual transfer application of the petitioners shall not be rejected on the ground of suspension of Utshasree portal.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
