Mr. Sk. Md. Galib, learned Senior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State-respondents also seeks extension of time to file affidavits-inopposition to the applications being CAN 1 of 2024 and CAN 2 of 2024.

Let such affidavits-in-opposition be filed by the State-respondents as well as respondent nos.1 to 3

within two weeks of reopening of Court after winter vacation. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.

The aforesaid direction is made peremptory.

Learned Advocate for the respondent nos.1 to 3 indicates that the name of the learned Advocate appearing in the order dated 21st November, 2024 has been wrongly noted as 'Mr. Anil Kr. Nag' instead of 'Mr. Amit Kr. Nag'.

In view of such submission, let the name of the learned Advocate for the respondent nos.1 to 3 be read as 'Mr. Amit Kr. Nag' instead of 'Mr. Anil Kr. Nag' in the order dated 21st November, 2024.

Let the matter appear on 24th January, 2025 under the same heading.
