Petitioner No.1 is a B.Ed. college running since 2017. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the application for the renewal of affiliation of the college for the academic session 2023-2024 has not yet been considered by the university.

Learned advocate representing the university submits that the document filed by the college for renewal of affiliation are found to be in order. The university will consider the said application within a short period of time. In view of the stand taken by the University, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being, WPA 24828 of 2023 is disposed of with a direction upon the University to consider the application for renewal in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
