Petitioner challenges the continuance of C.R. Case No. 272 of 2018 which was initiated for violation of the provisions relating to Gratuity Act and its Rules and is pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly. Having heard the submissions advanced by Mr.

Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, I am of the view that the contentions so advanced are issue relating to facts. Accordingly, I grant liberty to canvass such points at the appropriate stage of the proceedings before the learned trial court. No interference is made at this stage. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4191 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
