Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of POCSO case No. 24 of 2025 arising out of Burdwan P.S. Case No. 399 of 2025 pending before learned Judge, Exclusive POCSO Court, Purba Bardhaman Sadar.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is a Government employee and prays that present petition may harm the career of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel submits that appropriate direction may be issued for the expeditious disposal.

The speedy trial is a facet of fundamental right. 5.

The Court considers that no prejudice will be caused if an order is passed for the speedy trial as its benefit of the stakeholders.

In the facts and circumstances learned judge Exclusive POCSO Court is directed to conduct expeditious proceedings of POCSO Case no. 24 of 2025 arising out of Burdwan P.S. Case No. 399 of

2025 in accordance with law without giving unnecessary adjournment.

This revision petition is disposed of.
