Petitioner submits copy of the notice served upon the learned advocate appearing for the State on 7th July, 2023 which may be kept with the record.

On perusal of record it appears that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation on 10th February, 2022 before the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Kakdwip/respondent No. 4 being annexure P/7 to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA 25582 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 10th February, 2022

in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representatives and take a decision on the aforesaid representation within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Copy of the notice of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
