1. It is submitted by Mr. Subhrangsu Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner that the total amount required to be refunded towards the employer's contribution for availing the GPF facility comes to Rs. 6,26,825/-. The petitioner is willing to deposit the aforesaid amount minus Rs. 13,056/- and Rs. 49,412/- being the amounts allegedly overdrawn and deducted by the respondents. The petitioner is permitted to do so within a week from date.

2. However, if there are any further sums payable by the petitioner, even after assessment of the aforesaid two sums of Rs. 13,056/- and Rs. 49,412/-, the same may be recovered by the DPPG from out of the arrears of pension payable to the petitioner. The petitioner shall be notified particulars of the said sums.

3. It is, therefore, expected that the PPO is issued

within a week after the petitioner makes the deposit as aforesaid.

4. It is expected that the concerned Treasury Officer releases pension to the petitioner immediately upon presentation of the PPO and the relevant documents of identity and bank particulars.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7. This Court appreciates the efforts put in by Mr. Vaisya, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors, to resolve the petitioner's grievance.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
