Mr. Mastafijur Rahaman ... for the petitioner Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay ..for the Council This is one death in harness case where the father of the petitioner expired on 14.05.1998 but the petitioner filed one application for compassionate appointment on 30.09.2021. The reason for giving compassionate appointment is immediate financial crisis for the death of the bread-earner of the family but here the application for compassionate appointment has been made after 23 years. Therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the writ application is dismissed.
