Parties are represented through their respective counsels.

Regard being had to similitude of the question involved in these appeals arising out of the similar orders passed by the learned Single Judge in WPA 7872 of 2025, WPA 7875 of 2025 and WPA 8043 of 2025, the matters were analogously heard.

During the course of hearing, at the outset, both the parties informed that in another matter arising out of WPA 7872 of 2025, WPA 7875 of 2025 and WPA 8043 of 2025, the present appellant/State Bank of India was directed to be impleaded as a party respondent in the pending writ petitions and the State Bank of India has already represented therein. Therefore, these intraCourt appeals and the connected applications have rendered infructuous.

In view of aforesaid joint submission, these intra-Court appeals and the connected applications are disposed of having rendered infructuous.
