Petitioner is in custody for a year. She has been enlarged on bail in other cases. She prays for bail. . 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner is one of the Directors of the Company which illegally invited deposits from public. Rs.7 lakhs has been misappropriated in the present case.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is in custody for a year. There is no possibility of trial concluding in the near future. She is on bail in other cases. 4.

Hence, we are inclined to grant bail to enlarge the petitioner on bail in this case too.

Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of

the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Alipore, South 24-Paraganas subject to condition that she shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event the petitioner fails to appear before the Trial Court without any justifiable cause, the trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel her bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.
