1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious trial of the case being POCSO Case No. 29 of 2022 pending before the Learned Additional Session Judge, Special Court (POCSO Act), Tehatta, Naida.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that charge was framed on 6th November, 2024 and from then on no evidence has been recorded in spite of fixing of dates for recording evidence.

3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as having gone through the copy of the orders annexed herewith, I find no reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Accordingly, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

4. Learned Additional Session Judge, Special Court (POCSO Act), Tehatta, Naida is requested to dispose of the case being POCSO Case No. 29 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournment, keeping in mind the nature of offence

involved in the case.

5. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the Learned Additional Session Judge, Special Court (POCSO Act), Tehatta, Naida for information and compliance.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
