The petitioner was an Assistant Teacher of Nibra High School, District :

Howrah, subsequently he joined Chanduli High School, Purba Bardhaman as Headmaster.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of direction passed in WP 25686 (W) of 2015, no steps have been taken for transmission of the provident fund amount of the petitioner from his erstwhile School to the treasury officer, Katwa, District. Purba Burdwan within whose jurisdiction, the said Chanduli High School is situated.

Ms. Tapati Samanta, learned counsel for the State, files a written instruction of her client wherefrom it appears that the said Provident Fund amount has already been transmitted to the account of the said Chanduli High School

along with admissible six months interest. Let the said instruction be kept with the record. In view of the aforesaid development, no further orders need be passed, accordingly WPA 25603 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
