Mr. Dibyayan Banerji Mr. Sohom Kumar ... for the petitioner Affidavit-of-service filed shows due service. In spite of due service there is no representation on behalf of the respondents herein. The present writ petition has been preferred alleging unauthorized and illegal construction on the petitioner's private land. It is further submitted that his representation dated 30th August, 2024 to the authorities concerned has not been acted upon till date.

Being aggrieved, the writ application has been preferred.

The petitioner has also made his complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District but no action has been taken.

Considering the nature of dispute which involves construction of a statue of Birsa Munda along with club house, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall make a representation before the SDO, Baruipur, within a period of seven days from the

date of this order stating the said grievance and the SDO shall consider the said representation within 30 days from the date of filing of the representation on hearing all the stake holders and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the parties concerned. WPA 26137 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
