The petitioner is aggrieved by an investigation into FIR being Anandapur PS Case No. 32 dated 24.02.2022 registered by the Anandapur Police Station.

The investigation is on the verge of completion and a draft charge sheet has been placed before the concerned authority for approval.

The petitioner submits that further evidence in the form of a Forensic audit report prepared by their auditors had been furnished to the Investigating Officer sometime last month.

The Investigating Officer may consider additions and alterations to the draft charge sheet based on inputs from the complainant and/or their officials. For the said purpose the officials of the

Petitioner/Hospital may meet with the IO on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Let a final report be filed within a period of 2 weeks from the date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

The report of the Anandapur Police Station dated 18.05.2023 is kept with the record.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
