Shahjahan Hossain Ms. Sanjida Sultana Mr. Prithwiraj Biswas ...for the Petitioners Mr. Sanjay Kumar Baid ...for the Respondent no. 1 Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed since steps have already been taken by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations for registration of the students for their participation in final examination to be conducted by the Council.

Council is represented by learned advocate who has submitted one e-mail letter dated 22nd December, 2024 and the same is taken on record. From the said e-mail letter it appears that steps have been taken in terms of the order passed by this Court in two other writ petitions for registration of the students of the school in question.

In view of aforesaid submissions no further order need be passed on this writ petition.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
