Leave is granted to the advocate on record of the petitioner to incorporate necessary corrections in the cause title and the prayer portion of the revisional application. Petitioner was aggrieved by the order so imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore. The main grievance was with regard to the order passed under Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act. There was a direction to pay 15% of the cheque amount and the quantum which was assessed is Rs.1,54,083/-.

Mr. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for some accommodation in view of the short period of time in which the petitioner has to reimburse and deposit such amount. Accordingly, petitioner in three installments will deposit the amount of Rs.1,54,083/- in the mode and manner directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore by 30th April, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4197 of 2023 is

disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
