The petitioners have claimed themselves to be the rightful owner of seized 49.96 grams of gold. The petitioner no. 2 filed an application praying for return of the said gold on 8th February, 2022. Grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has not been disposed of by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatal as yet for want of I.O's report.

The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatal is directed to dispose of the application dated 8th February, 2022 positively within three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Petitioner is at liberty to communicate the server copy of this order for information and compliance. In view of the above order, nothing remains in the instant revision. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of.
