Ranjit Halder & ORS v. State Of West Bengal & ANR
10.05.2022
IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA
Item No.67 CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION Ct.No.34 dc.
C.R.R. 2943 of 2013 Ranjit Halder & Ors.
versus The State of West Bengal & Anr.
In Re: An Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
This revisional application has been preferred challenging the Complaint Case being C.R. No. 155 of 2012 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Chinsurah, Hooghly.
The order dated 08.02.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Hooghly(s) reflects that the learned Magistrate after application of mind and after assessing the initial deposition of the complainant and her witness was pleased to issue summons against the present petitioners. The allegations made in the petition of complaint also substantiate the allegations. Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in respect of the proceedings which are pending.
Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2943 of 2013 is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
