1. It is submitted that the Pension Payment Order has been issued in favour of the petitioner.

2. The Treasury Officer, Paschim Medinipur shall release all the dues of the petitioner upon production of documents of identity within seven days from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid directions, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

4. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
