Sobhan Majumder ...for the HMC The writ petition has been instituted claiming implementation of the order passed by the concerned authority of Howrah Municipal Corporation dated 6th October, 2018 and to demolish the unauthorized construction made by the private respondents. Mr.

Sandipan Banerjee, learned advocate representing the Howrah Municipal Corporation submits that pursuant to the order dated 6th October, 2018 said unauthorized construction has been demolished by the corporation. Such submission has not been opposed by the learned advocate representing the petitioner and it has also been submitted that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the respective parties it appears that no order need be passed on this writ petition and the same stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
