Mr. Sudip Sarkar Mr. Aninda Sundar Das Mrs. Paramita Mondal Ms. Suva Gayen Ms. Sneha Maity Mr. Suman Halder ......for the Petitioner Mr. Debjit Mukherjee ......for the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of the representation dated 22.08.2025.

It is alleged that due to electrocution the husband of the petitioner had expired and the petitioner accordingly seeks compensation.

Mr. Debjit Mukherjee who usually appears on behalf of WBSEDCL is requested to appear on their behalf. Mr. Mukherjee's appearance be regularized by the Appropriate Authority.

In view of the fair submission made on behalf of the respondent WBSEDCL, WPA 25856 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 22.08.2025

within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and if necessary after giving a right of hearing to the petitioner.

It is made clear that there has been no observation on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 3 is directed to act in accordance with law without being bound by any observation made in this order.

Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the records.
