Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. I am of the view that for the nature of relief asked for by the petitioners in this writ petition for direction upon the respondent No.3, to dismiss and dissolve the present Board of Directors cannot be granted and the proper remedy for the petitioners is to approach the appropriate authority under the statute for redressal of such grievance.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 25608 of 2022, is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate authority under the statute for redressal of their grievance by making appropriate representation, within two weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and disposed of by such authority in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the interested parties or their authorised representative, within a

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
