Petitioners contend victim is an accused in a rape case. Petitioners had protested against the conduct of the victim. As a consequence, they have been falsely implicated. They pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the injury report. Injury is on a non-vital part of the body and does not appear to be grievous.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., Ansar Sk @ Sk Ansar, Pinki Bibi, Sekh Jaidul @ Jaidul Sk, Sekh Sahedul @ Saidul Sekh, Sahil Sekh @ Sekh Sahil, Chumki Bibi @ Tajnara Bibi @ Tajnara Khatun and Signed By :

Samiul Sekh @ Sk be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. They shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
