Mrs. Ashima Das (Sil) ...for the State When this matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata, leaned Additional Government Pleader, raises a preliminary objection as to the maintainability of the writ petition in view of the availability of alternative efficacious remedy under West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act.

After some argument, the learned Advocate for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, WPA 25618 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum.
