Petitioners have submitted a representation to the 19.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.36 Rakib Inspector-in-Charge, Kalyani Police Station on 28.09.2023. The nature of the accusations is relating to encroachment and grabbing of the property concerned. Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that the property referred to is a government property.

Having considered the same if there are any infraction or violation of law and order, police authorities if requested by the petitioners will take the same into consideration on a fresh information being furnished and steps be taken in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 24865 of 2023 is disposed of.
