Saibal Kumar Acharya, learned Advocate TUESDAY Court : CB-28 Item : DL-07 Matter : WPA Status : OP ID : 266306 AR : NANDY appearing for the writ-petitioners, hands up a copy of a letter dated 25.03.2025 addressed to his learned Advocate on Record by General Secretary of the petitioner Corporation and submits on instruction, that the writ-petitioners do not wish to proceed with the writ-petition any further since the issue that has been raised here in spending consideration before the relevant Labour Tribunal.

Probal Kumar Mukjherjee, learned senior Advocate, appearing for the Respondent No. 3, submits that the writ-petition, was in any event, 'not maintainable', since the writ petitioners could not have availed parallel remedies before two Fora.

3. Since the writ-petitioners do not wish to proceed with the instant writ-petition and seek to withdraw the same, WPA 26192 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The copy of the letter dated 25.03.2025, handed up to the Court by Mr. Acharya, as received from his client, be kept with the record.
