1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of Anandapur Police Station in respect of a complaint dated 12th August, 2022 against the private respondents.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents are interfering with his right as Bargadar in respect of his land and are preventing cultivation.

4. Salboni Police Station has filed a report indicating that they have taken steps on the petitioner's complaint and have taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

5. The police shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and the petitioner is not in any way disturbed by anybody while cultivating his land. In the event, the private respondents have any right in respect of the petitioner's land in question,

they may agitate the same before the civil or statutory forum in accordance with law.

6. The report of the Salboni Police Station dated 12th December, 2022 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta be taken on record.

7. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
