Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya and Mr. Nilay Baran Mandal submit that they have instructions to represent on behalf of the alleged contemnor no.1. 3.

Let a copy of the contempt application be served upon learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors in course of the day.

4. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
