Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, but for reasons beyond their control, they could not surrender before the jurisdictional court and subsequently after filing of the charge-sheet, warrant of arrest was issued.

Be that as it may, since the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, the warrant of arrest so issued be converted to a bailable warrant. Petitioners are directed to appear and surrender before the jurisdictional court by 12.12.2023. In case the petitioners surrender, the learned Magistrate would check the order of anticipatory bail which was granted and release the petitioners in accordance with the provisions of Section 438(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In case the petitioners do not surrender within 12.12.2023, the learned jurisdictional court would be at

liberty to exercise his power in accordance with law on and from 13.12.2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4199 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
