It appears that petitioners have lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.

Mukherjee, learned advocate, representing the KMC submits that on the last occasion inadvertently the name of another advocate had gone down in the order dated 28th March, 2023, same may be corrected.

Accordingly, the name of Mr. Biswajit Mukherjee, learned advocate be incorporated in the order dated 28th March, 2023 in place and stead of Mr. Barin Banerjee, learned advocate.

Department is directed to make necessary correction in this regard.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if

applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
