The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into FIRs being Domkal Police Station Case No. 278 of 2020 dated 08.06.2022 and Domkal Police Station Case No. 527 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022. 3.

The Domkal Police have filed a report in the form of instructions 24.11.2022, which is taken on record.

It appears that the investigation into the subject FIR has been completed and charge sheet No.

728 of 2022 dated 2011.2022 under Sections 498A/306/34 of the IPC has been filed against 8 persons. Warrant of arrest has been issued against 5 persons who are absconding. 3 persons who were arrested, have secured bail.

This Court, therefore, sees that the Domkal Police have taken steps in accordance with law. 6.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
