Prima facie, it reflects that the genesis of the dispute arose out of a land. There are certain allegations against the BL&LRO.

Learned advocate for the State and respondent(s) are present.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 20-24 submits that the accusations made in the representation

which has been enclosed along with the writ petition are wild allegations and without any substance and/or the facts which are substantive.

Having considered that such representation was made more than one and half years ago, I am of the view that if the same inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, he would submit a fresh representation before the police authorities. If such information is furnished, the police authorities would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24870 of 2023 is disposed of.
