Petitioners submit petitioner no. 1 had a romantic relationship with the deceased. As the relationship did not fructify in marriage he committed suicide. Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are relations of petitioner. The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim did not leave behind any suicide note implicating the petitioners. There is nothing on record to show the conduct of the petitioners would amount to abetment to commit suicide.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., Poulami Das, Barna Das and Palas Kumar Das Signed By :

be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. They shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 6.
