Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that in spite of receipt of information, Golf Green Police Station did not take steps in respect of the allegations made by the petitioner. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Golf Green Police Station Case No. 205 dated 12.09.2024 was registered for investigation under Sections 79/54 of BNS against six accused persons.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps pursuant to the letter of complaint being submitted by the present petitioner, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner at this stage is addressed. If the petitioner is further aggrieved regarding the act and action of the police

authorities, she would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional court with appropriate prayers. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 26684 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
