The matter is listed today for hearing as listed motion. Mr. Binay Panda, Ms. Puspita Saha and Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy, learned advocates appear for the State/opposite party. Concerned authority is directed to regularize their appointment. The petitioners filed this application under Section 401/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing/setting aside of order dated 22.11.2011 passed by Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah in connection with Bally Police Station Case No.151 of 2010 giving rise to G.R. Case No.1782 of 2010. In view of the order passed by this Court in C.R.R. No.1713 of 2010 dated 17.06.2010, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate found material to allow the prayer of the I.O. for adding Section 306 of the I.P.C. for the purpose of investigation. The petitioner has not turned up. No step has been taken by him since 2012.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah for information.
