The writ petition was lastly listed on 03.11.2010 and thereafter the petitioner did not pursue the matter. The purpose for which the present writ petition was filed relates to a representation made to the Superintendent of Police, South 24-Parganas and the Officer-inCharge, Baruipur Police Station on 08.10.2010. Having considered the time period which has lapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that at this stage there is no scope for interference. The petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps, if the situation so demands before the proper forum.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22532 of 2010 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
