The revisional application filed by the petitioner is directed against order dated 25.08.2011 for enhancement of maintenance under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri in Misc. Case No.37 of 2011.

The matter is listed today for hearing and compliance of the previous order i.e. service of notice upon the opposite parties and also producing documents to show that payment of maintenance has been made by him. None appears for the petitioner even after opportunity is given to him. The revisional application is therefore, dismissed for default and the same is disposed of. Interim order of stay, if any, is vacated.
