The Inspector-in-charge, Burdwan Police Station has filed a report dated 7th February, 2023, which is kept with the record. Purba Burdwan Women Police Station has filed a report dated 7th January, 2023, which is also kept with the record.

Copies of the aforesaid reports be made available to the petitioners and the private respondents. The respondent nos.7 and 8 have filed affidavit before this Court that they need seven months time to vacate the residence of the petitioners.

Admittedly, the respondent nos.7 and 8 have a flat at Sodepur, which they have given out on rent. They are also proposed to construct another house on a plot owned by them at Burdwan.

In the backdrop of the above fact, this Court has indicated that the respondent nos.7 and 8 shall have one-month time to leave the house.

The respondent nos.7 and 8, who are personally present in Court, undertake to vacate the residence of the petitioners within one month from date.

The Officer-in-charge, Purba Burdwan Women Police Station shall ensure that the respondent nos.7 and 8 and their children leave the petitioners' residence within one month from date. The respondent nos.7 and 8 shall be entitled to remove their belongings from the said residence.

Since no reply has been filed by the writ petitioners, the allegations contained in the affidavit filed by the respondent nos.7 and 8 are not admitted by them.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
