Having considered the time period, which has elapsed, and the grievance was in respect of an order dated 11.8.2010 in MP Case No. 1054 of 2010 passed by

the ld. SDEM, 1st Court, Sadar, Hooghly, I am of the view that the cause of action do not survive.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22538 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
