Perused the record. The petitioner has challenged the judgement and order dated 30.08.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Suri, Birbhum in Misc. Case No.160 of 2009 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned Magistrate in the impugned order has allowed maintenance of Rs.1200/- per month to the petitioner with effect from the date of filing. No interim stay has been passed in this case. It appears that the petitioner remained absent on consecutive dates. Under such circumstances, the petitioner appears to be disinclined to proceed. The revisional application is dismissed for default.
