The present revisional application has been preferred for expeditious disposal of ACM No. 310 of 2021 and is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Alipore. In case the main application being ACM No. 310 of 2021 is still pending, the learned Magistrate in seisin of the matter would fix at least one date in a month so that trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4206 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
