The petitioner's grievance is that he has been dismissed from service on October 7, 2025, ought to be taken before the alternative and efficacious remedy available by way of an Appellate Forum under the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2011.

The petitioner is at liberty to proceed before the Appellate Forum with his grievances, if so advised. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.
