Chowdhury, learned counsel representing the petitioner. It is contended that challenging the order of maintenance the petitioner preferred this revisional application in the year 2011. Over the passage of time, the parties got their marital knot dissolved by decree of divorce and this application has lost its relevance.

Under such circumstances, the Criminal Revision is disposed of being not pressed.
