Mr. Jana, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, the police authorities have registered case. As such, the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred has been sub-served. The police authorities will take the investigation of the said case to its logical conclusion.
