The civil revision has been preferred praying for transfer of the Miscellaneous Arbitration Case No. 88 of 2023 (CC), subsequently renumbered as Misc. Arb. (Com) 73 of 2024 from the Court of the learned Judge, Commercial Court, Rajarhat, North 24-Parganas to the Commercial Court at Alipore.

The prayer for transfer has been made on personal ground of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties submits that he has no objection, if the same is transferred.

On hearing the parties, the civil revision is allowed.

Miscellaneous Arbitration (Com) 73 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Judge, Commercial Court, Rajarhat, North 24-Parganas and transferred to the Court of the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore.

The revisional application is disposed of.
