1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the bank namely, Canara Bank, Egra Branch to defreeze the account of the petitioner by withholding the disputed amount of Rs. 2400/-.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having three gold loan accounts and savings account with the respondents-bank. All of the accounts of the petitioner were freezed. In spite of several representations made by the petitioner, the bank failed to defreeze the loan account.

3. Now the respondents-bank has submitted that as per the order passed by the learned Magistrate, the account of the petitioner was freezed. Now there is a dispute with regard to only 2400/- Rs. Accordingly, he submits that if this Court pass an order allowing the

petitioner to operate the bank account and except the disputed amount of Rs. 2400/-, the bank will allow the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the bank is directed to defreeze the loan as well as the savings account and to allow the petitioner to operate the same within a week from the date of receipt of this order by keeping aside the disputed amount of Rs. 2400/-.

5. WPA 25716 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
