Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year and he has been implicated in connection with the instant case because of the police authorities seeing him in possession of arms. Petitioner claims to be innocent of the charges and submits that since the charge-sheet has been submitted and charges have been framed petitioner may be released on any stringent conditions. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is a history-sheeter and he has a similar case against him. It has been also pointed out from the seizure list that seizure was effected from the possession of the petitioner. Additionally, it has been contended that the prosecution intends to examine 8 witnesses, all the witnesses have been

examined in this case and the examination of investigating officer in this case is in progress.

Having considered the advanced stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2310 of 2025 is rejected. Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.
