The records of the case reflect that the petitioner challenged the execution case in the year 2022 and, by an order dated 01.07.2022 directions were passed in CRR 2085 of 2022.The petitioner/appellant, thereafter, has preferred an appeal under Section 374 of the cr.p.c.

Having considered the parameters required for preferring an application under Section 374 of the cr.p.c., I am of the opinion that the present appeal do not satisfy the requirements.

Consequently, the prayer for condonation of delay in CRAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed.

In view of the above, CRA (SB) 181 of 2023 is also dismissed.
