They pray for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had absconded for more than a decade. Their names appear in the FIR and their bail prayer was rejected on merits in September 2022. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
